What's included in the free IT health check?
Our free health check covers a high-level review of your infrastructure, including server health, security posture, backup status, and monitoring coverage. You'll receive a summary report with key findings and recommendations.
How do retainer hours work?
Retainer hours are allocated monthly. Unused hours don't roll over, but we provide detailed time tracking so you always know how your hours are being used.
Can I switch between plans?
Absolutely. You can upgrade, downgrade, or switch between engagement models at any time.
Do you offer emergency support?
Yes. All retainer clients get priority incident response. For non-retainer clients, we offer emergency support at a premium rate.
Do you work with companies outside Moldova?
Yes. While based in Chișinău, we serve clients across Romania and the EU. Services are delivered remotely via secure connections. We work in Romanian, Russian, and English. For EU clients, all data processing stays within the European Union.
How quickly can you respond to incidents?
Response times depend on your plan. Monthly retainer clients get guaranteed SLA response times: typically 15 minutes for critical incidents during business hours and 1 hour 24/7. Enterprise clients get dedicated on-call engineering support.
What certifications does your team hold?
Our engineers hold AWS Solutions Architect, Google Cloud Professional, OSCP (Offensive Security), CKA (Kubernetes Administrator), and Terraform Associate certifications. We continuously invest in training and certification.
