24/7 Monitoring for Logistics Company
Challenge
A logistics company with 200+ delivery vehicles and real-time tracking systems had no centralized monitoring. Server outages caused GPS tracking blackouts lasting hours, leading to missed deliveries and customer complaints.
Solution
We deployed a comprehensive monitoring stack with Prometheus, Grafana, and Alertmanager across 18 servers. Custom dashboards tracked GPS uptime, API response times, and database performance. Alerting was configured with multi-channel escalation to Telegram, email, and SMS for critical issues.
